At 360 Finance, you have the advantage of exploring
multiple financing options from various banking or lending partners in one place. This ensures you get the most competitive rates and terms tailored to your credit profile and specific home improvement needs.

What type of financing options are available through 360 Finance?
We offer varied options such as installment loans, lines of credit, and lease-to-purchase financing through our lending partners.

Does offering 360 Finance have a cost for me?
Some of the available financing options may have a fee. That fee will have
to be added to the price of the service or equipment originally quoted.

What do I need to provide during the financing process to request financing offers from 360 Finance?
A customer would need to provide some basic information such as name,
address, social security number, and income when they submit a project
request. A customer can only submit their project request when they are
with a 360 Finance contractor, via their contractor portal or over the phone.

How to provide documentation for project financing decisions?
A customer can provide documentation via the contractor portal at the
time of initial application submission to the selected lending partner by
login into the Applicant Portal or using the email link that the lending
partner has sent them directly.

How long does a customer have to select an offer?
A customer has 14 days to select one of the presented offers.

What if I don’t want to use my financing?
If you choose not to move forward with your financing, then please call us
so we can cancel your financing, so it does not move forward.

Who provided the financing for my project?
The lending partner’s identity is available in the financing agreement you
signed when accepting the financing offer. This financing agreement is
between you and the lending partner directly, so any questions around
your financing should be directed to them.

How do I make payments?
Payment guidance will be provided within 30 days of the funding of your
project which will include guidance on making a payment, payment
methods, and other information. Any questions about your financing
should be directed to your chosen lending partner.
