Service Includes
1 HVAC unit for $16/mo
An HVAC Maintenance keeps your air conditioning and heating system in good working order.
It includes:
- Check the following: fans, motors, capacitors, contactors, control boards, and wiring for operation within manufacturers’ specs. This includes voltage, amp draw, capacitance, loose connections, etc
- Check more of the following: ductwork, plenums, registers, returns, and filters for cleanliness, construction, support, and operability
- Clean & condition condensate drain lines
- Clean and inspect indoor and outdoor coils
- Check refrigerant levels
- Check furnaces for proper firing sequence and operation
- Check gas lines for leaks
- Check heat exchangers for holes and operability and Inspect flue exhaust lines
Note: The technician will need indoor access, water and working hose connection at outdoor unit. You will receive an online report with system measurements and pictures when completed. The technician may also make recommendations for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
Add-Ons
Additional HVAC units. $8.25/mo
De-Humidifier Maintenance. $10.00/mo
Clean or replace filters and inspect for proper airflow, refrigeration, temperatures, and automatic control.
Fine Print
The Service visits will be scheduled around 6 months apart, depending on Season and Demand.
If the monthly payments are cancelled before end of term, remaining payments are due at time of cancellation. Agreements automatically renew, unless cancelled by calling the office.
